Job Title : Maintenance Electrician Location : Glasgow Salary : Up to £40,000 per annum Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 00–16 : 30 On-Call Rota : 1 in 5 weeks (£120 standby, minimum 4 hours paid at 1.5x rate) Overtime Rates : 1.5x Mon–Sat, 2.0x on Sundays Holiday Allowance : 25 days + 8 bank holidays Benefits :

• Ongoing training and career progression Role Overview : We are currently looking to recruit three Maintenance Electricians to join a large and well-established facilities team on a multi-building operational site in Glasgow. This role is ideal for experienced electricians who thrive in a busy environment with a mix of planned and reactive tasks, and who enjoy working in a customer-facing setting. Key Responsibilities :
• Electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repair across a large estate
• Balanced workload with 50% planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and 50% reactive tasks
• Participation in installation and small works projects, often completed on weekends with overtime rates
• Client interaction and maintaining high standards of service delivery
• Participation in the on-call rota (1 in 5) Requirements :
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (essential)
• Previous experience in a commercial maintenance or FM setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team Additional Info :
