Health & Safety Advisor £35,000 - £40,000 Ipswich - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract gap construction are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of a leading Tier 1 interiors company, recognised for their delivery of prestigious fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. This role will be based in Ipswich, supporting key projects while ensuring the highest standards of health and safety compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and diligent health and safety professional to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month contract, with the potential for future opportunities within the wider business. Performance Objectives Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures across active projects. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Provide practical guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors on safe working practices. Assist in the delivery of health and safety inductions and toolbox talks. Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, and support root cause investigations where required. Produce clear and concise reports to highlight safety performance and recommend improvements.
