Job Description

This role is key to ensuring billable events are effectively tracked, managed, and delivered in full compliance with NEC4 contractual standards.

You’ll be instrumental in supporting the broader project management process, helping to maintain transparency, drive accuracy in reporting and documentation, and ensure that each event progresses smoothly from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and delivery for billable events and the client FMP, ensuring compliance with governance processes
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, billing records, and CDM compliance materials
  • Ensure all billable events are delivered in line with NEC4 contract terms and internal procedures
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, including minute taking and producing action plans
  • Monitor risks and issues related to billable events, ensuring timely resolution
  • Prepare regular project status reports and performance updates
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and project delivery improvements

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Experience in FM administration, minor works, project coordination, or engineering
  • Transferable qualifications in project management, business administration, engineering, or similar
  • Strong understanding of NEC4 Work Package R and experience managing minor works projects
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-focused, with strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using project tools such as Monday.com and CAFM systems like Tririga
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a wider project delivery team
