Job description

Our Daydream Day Nursery in Woking, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing :

  • Promoting high standards of quality in the nursery environment
  • Assuming key carer responsibilities for designated children
  • Providing rich and stimulating experiences suitable for children’s ages and stages
  • Supporting and preparing children’s activities
  • Maintaining effective day-to-day management in the absence of the Team / Room Leader
  • Ensuring practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Supporting and mentoring students and unqualified staff to deliver high-quality childcare
