Residential Conveyancer

Our client is a mid-sized, established property firm specializing in residential property. They are seeking to add a further Residential Conveyancer to their team, as they have experienced positive growth in their department this year following significant expansion in recent years. The firm boasts a diverse caseload, fostering a sense of community and teamwork in achieving results for clients and in developing as a team and company.

Having worked with this client for over 6 years, I have observed their progress, development, and support for a wide range of employees at various levels of technical ability in residential conveyancing.

This role is crucial for sustaining their success and enabling further growth through strong technical skills.

The successful candidate will work across all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold transactions. Confidence in managing your own caseload and working cohesively within a team is essential, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience with shared ownership, equity cases, remortgages, and new builds is advantageous but not mandatory.

The firm offers a hybrid or remote working structure.

About You :

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing role, managing your own caseload
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and using your initiative
• Exceptional communication and client care skills
