We are seeking a motivated and engaging individual to lead the delivery of an exciting programme of employability and skills support as part of our strategic ‘Working Denbighshire’ approach to tackling poverty through sustainable employment.

The Working Denbighshire Employer & Training Relationships Manager is a key role within the Working Denbighshire structure. The role involves providing motivational and inspirational leadership to staff to ensure the delivery of a collaborative, flexible, and high-quality service. The successful candidate will work in partnership with other employability projects locally, regionally, and nationally as part of an integrated ‘Working Denbighshire’ approach.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience, who has a genuine interest in developing the careers of others. The candidate should be proactive, creative, and innovative in engagement, with excellent interpersonal skills to secure employment and training opportunities for the citizens of Denbighshire.
