Job Purpose :

To develop and implement the strategic plan for CARS (Compressed Air & Reliability Services) aligned with the strategic and tactical plans for Engineering Services, and RubixUK.

To lead, manage and co-ordinate the financial and operational effectiveness of the business unit.

To manage QHSE in line with statutory requirements and company expectations.

Main Tasks and Deliverables :

Responsible for managing and maintaining the QHSE performance of the business unit through the adoption and maintenance of an appropriate quality management system.

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic action plans to achieve target KPIs for revenue, gross margin and EBITDA. Develop and deliver commercial action plans aligned with the organisations growth drivers.

Responsible for constructing the annual budget and operating plan for the business unit (BU). Responsible and accountable for managing the BUs financial and operational performance through regular analysis and reporting. Manage and maintain the CRM database for current and potential customers. Regularly prepare and circulate sales forecasts and pipelines. Propose and present business plans and financial justifications as required.
