About this Role

Sales isn’t just about selling—it’s about solving problems and building lasting relationships. As a Telesales Executive at Dawsongroup, you’ll be at the forefront of our Van Ninja Leasing business, helping customers find the right vehicle solutions.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through our product range (this role will involve minimal cold calling)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive business growth
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximise opportunities
  • Keep our internal systems up to date with accurate customer details

About You

If you’re confident on the phone, love talking to people, and have a knack for understanding customer needs, you’ll thrive in this role. No two days are the same, so adaptability and a proactive approach are key.

  • Excellent communication skills—you know how to listen as well as sell
  • A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals
  • Organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Driven by targets and motivated to succeed
  • Experience in telesales or customer service is great, but not essential
