Electrician

Position : Electrician Location : North / North East of England Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 per year Job Type : Full-time, Permanent We’re proud to be working with a forward-thinking and rapidly growing client in the domestic energy solutions sector, who are now looking to add an experienced Electrician to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled domestic electrician to join a business at the forefront of sustainable home technologies — including ventilation systems, air source heat pumps, and solar (in the near future). You’ll be joining a well-supported team under an experienced Electrical QS, working on a variety of residential projects. The Role : As a Domestic Electrician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems within domestic properties. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of first- and second-fix work, with increasing involvement in the installation of ventilation systems, air source heat pumps, and eventually solar PV systems. What You'll Be Doing :

• Carrying out a wide range of electrical work in domestic properties
• Installing ventilation systems and supporting air source heat pump installations
• Preparing for future solar PV installations
• Conducting electrical testing, inspections, and maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with current wiring regulations and safety standards
• Working closely with the QS and wider team to deliver high-quality installations
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment What We're Looking For :
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Proven experience in domestic electrical work
• ECS Gold Card (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Familiarity with renewables, air source heat pumps or ventilation systems is a bonus
• A self-motivated team player with excellent attention to detail What’s on Offer :
