Investment Platform Services Manager

We are privileged to be working within a highly respected Investment Management organisation who proud themselves in focussing on client / customer relationships with the ethos being to help individuals with investment and financial planning, and provide technology to make things simple and clear.

Based in the heart of the City with a modern relaxed but professional environment and due to ongoing developments, they are now seeking a Financial Services Platform Services Manager to join them on an initial 12-month fixed term contract where you will be responsible for :

• Providing office based front line telephone servicing and support to their platform clients.
• Liaising extensively with financial planners, paraplanners and wealth managers (intermediaries), where you will develop ongoing strong relationships built on outstanding service for all and any queries that your clients and their clients have with the platform.
• Taking ownership of queries; analyse, research, and provide solutions using knowledge of the systems and processes.
• Ensuring all client and intermediary communication is accurate, appropriate, and delivered at the right time, including emails, letters, and platform updates.
