Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy - Altrincham

A growing, independent consultancy is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team in based in their Altrincham office . Key Responsibilities

Deliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services

Prepare cost estimates, feasibility reports, and tender documentation

Lead or support contract administration, valuations, and final accounts

Work directly with clients, contractors, and design teams to deliver projects efficiently

Assist in managing budgets, timelines and commercial performance

Help drive best practice across the business

What We’re Looking For

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline)

Ideally MRICS (or working towards chartership)

3+ years' experience in a consultancy environment preferred

Strong understanding of JCT contracts and standard procurement routes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, commercially aware, and highly organised
