Role Description

This position is within the Global Value function, responsible for identifying, measuring, and reporting all value delivered by Mediabrands, focusing on UM clients. Reporting to the Group Director, managing a team of analysts, and collaborating with the Magna community globally, the role covers all media types across multiple regions including Europe, APAC, LATAM, and North America.

The Associate Director will develop and maintain relationships with :

  • Senior Global Value team members; the Group Director and Managing Partner, Global Value
  • Peers across the broader Global Value team
  • Country Trading leads
  • Magna Regional & Global hub teams

Key Responsibilities

Managing Value Delivery

  • Articulate goals and methodology to local market trading leads
  • Oversee monthly data delivery and results tracking in line with deadlines
  • Manage auditor / consultant relationships to enhance value for business and clients
  • Oversee granular pricing targets for all buying teams globally
  • Manage escalation processes and lead issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the Group Director and Managing Partner on new value levers
  • Internal Relationships

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, supporting their career growth
  • Coordinate with country trading leads and regional hub teams
  • Ensure client account teams are informed and integrated into broader client service efforts
  • Support ad hoc investment and accountability requests
  • Present accountability and value perspectives in meetings
  • Manage training, development, and workload of the Global Value team
  • Key Client Contact

    As a senior contact, you should be able to :

  • Explain media dynamics at an expert level
  • Report on media value delivery, explaining value levers across markets
  • Support local market discussions with insights on trading dynamics
  • Identify when additional support is needed and facilitate involvement
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new clients and countries
