Role

We are currently looking for Trainees to join our team of associates in Culinary Services . You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills necessary to excel in your chosen field.

Position : Trainee

Duration : 6-12 months internship / placement

Culinary Services

This position will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. Our kitchens range from the restaurant and banqueting to in-room dining, the bar, afternoon tea, and pastry. You will learn from our experienced chefs and be exposed to a variety of culinary techniques and cuisines. The specific departments you will explore will be based on your personal interests, learning progress, and the evolving needs of our business.

Profile

• Currently enrolled as a student in culinary arts or related program
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
