Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Avaloq Core platform team in a role where you will get the opportunity to oversee internal projects of change that will support our market-leading global clients giving you both internal and external exposure

• Plan, monitor and delivery priority projects within CTO organization – taking care of R&D portfolio projects (regulatory and / or innovation projects), communicating with internal stakeholders (kernel development teams), regional stakeholders, clients, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Coordinate the resource allocation accross multiple projects to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks
• Manage scope and quality in alignment with senior stakeholders managing risks and issues along the entire lifecycle removing blockers for the team
• Effectively communicate and provide weekly status updates to Avaloq top management and lead a cross-division based project team
• Bridge the gap between product vision and delivery oriented approach – ensuring deadlines are met according to the project timeline
• Keep budget fully under control, ensure Estimate To Complete (ETC) are constantly reviewed according to the project progress
