Job description

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at IPL Telford!

We are excited to offer a Machine Minder position in our Nuts & Dried Fruit packing facility in Telford. If you are passionate about production and eager to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you!

Position Details :

Schedule : Monday - Friday, rotating shifts between 5 : 30am - 11pm
Location : IPL Telford - Site Based
Contract : Permanent

Responsibilities include :

Monitoring work area safety and machinery cleanliness

Completing daily safety checks according to SOPs and PPM schedules

Implementing and maintaining SOP requirements

Recording pack rates and ensuring product weights are correct

Performing changeovers efficiently and safely

Coordinating with the Packaging Team for labels, packaging, and film readiness

Reporting issues to Line Leaders and engineers

Maintaining 'World Class' standards

Candidate Requirements :

Experience in a production environment

Mechanical aptitude and quick, methodical work skills

Knowledge of health and safety policies

Results-driven with problem-solving skills

Attention to detail, especially in repetitive tasks

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Proficiency in English

Teamwork and initiative
