Business Development Manager

Job Description

You will play a central role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, working collaboratively across functions to deliver compelling solutions that meet the strategic needs of government clients.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone commercially astute, with a strong understanding of public sector requirements and a passion for creating value through long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the national sales strategy to meet top-line targets
• Identify key markets and opportunities in collaboration with the Sector Commercial team
• Manage end-to-end sales process for assigned opportunities
• Implement ISS commercial tools and processes efficiently
• Lead strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and brand preference
• Engage and coordinate internal teams to support the sales process
• Promote and uphold strong CRM practices across all sales activities
