About The Role

As a Team Member, you will play a key role in helping the business achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. Our teams primarily work on the shop floor, so an enjoyment of interacting with customers and natural selling skills are essential.

All Team Members need flexibility in their working hours, including weekends and peak times such as Christmas, Halloween, and Valentine's Day.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service and be an ambassador for the brand.
• Previous retail experience in a fast-paced store or service environment.
• Experience working towards targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• A genuine passion for our products (cards, wrap, gifts, balloons).
• Availability to work hours that align with the store’s trading patterns.
