Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Site Superintendent / Electrical Site Supervisor (X2) - Battery Energy Storage - BESS - Electrical Engineering – Construction - Contract / Freelance Position

Job Overview :

We are currently supporting a leading EPC contractor in the renewable energy sector who are

delivering two major BESS grid connection projects in South East England & East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise the electrical installation works on-site for BOP packages (HV cabling, protection & control, substation works).
• Oversee subcontractor performance, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with the internal commissioning team to prepare for handover.
• Contribute to constraint management and ensure timelines are met.
• Participate in scope reviews, programming of work packages, and resolution of design issues.
• Liaise daily with HSE Site Manager, Civils Project Engineer, and Commissioning Engineers to ensure seamless site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and technical standards throughout the delivery phase.
