Building a Fairer Oxleas for all (BAFO) is a programme of work involving frontline staff, senior managers, and Board members in making positive changes to how it feels to work for the Trust. It has focussed on making recruitment and career progression fairer and improving cultural understanding. It has developed resources and there are several staff networks; BAMEx; LGBTQ+; Disability; Mental Health Staff; Woman's Network's.
