Digital Events and Operations Manager : Investor Calls, Webinars, and Marketing

The Digital Events and Operations Manager will oversee and execute all aspects of our investor calls and webinars, as well as related marketing activities. Responsibilities include organizing and live hosting 20 client-facing investor calls per quarter on Zoom, coordinating additional webinars and events, crafting email invitations, confirming speakers, managing follow-ups, and supporting marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has extensive digital events experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Event Coordination : Plan, schedule, and execute approximately 20 investor calls per quarter on Zoom, along with additional webinars and hybrid events like regional and global town halls. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Content Development : Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to develop presentation materials, agendas, and talking points.
  • Communication : Act as the main contact for internal planning, addressing inquiries, and providing information before, during, and after events.
  • Technical Management : Set up and manage webinar platforms, ensure technical smoothness, and host calls professionally, including Q&A management.
  • Promotion : Work with marketing to promote events via email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), investor portal (Investor Flow), social media (LinkedIn), and web (Adobe).
  • Follow-Up : Distribute post-event summaries, recordings, materials, gather feedback, and analyze performance for improvements.
  • Reporting : Keep records of investor interactions and event metrics, provide recordings within 48 hours, and generate regular reports.
  • Hosting : Welcome speakers, facilitate transitions, and engage the audience professionally. Be prepared for early morning and late-night calls to support global audiences.
  • Compliance : Ensure all communications and materials meet regulatory and company standards, with necessary reviews and approvals.
  • Marketing Support : Assist with digital marketing projects during quieter periods between calls.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in virtual event management; experience in investor relations or marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency with webinar tools, especially Zoom, and familiarity with platforms like On24, WebEx, GoToWebinar.
  • Flexibility for early morning and late-night calls to support global audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce) and CRM software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of investment management and investor relations is advantageous.
  • Customer service orientation with professional and engaging communication style.
