Salary : £13.99 per hour / £29,281.07 per annum
Hours : 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 6.00 am-6.00 pm (40.25 hours per week)
Job Type : Permanent Contract
Location : Unit 1 G-Park, Whittle Road, Meir, Stoke-On-Trent ST3 7TU

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You Will

Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.

Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.

Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.

Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.

Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings fairly and consistently.

Be responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance.

Keep track of your team’s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
