We are seeking a talented individual to join our PACE Broking team at Marsh . This role will be based in the London office This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Are you an experienced Senior Entertainment Broker (Leader) with a track record of delivering for your clients in the live music space? Do you thrive working within specialist industry segment? The Personal Accident Contingency and Event's team (PACE) are Marsh's global placement hub for contingency and specialist personal accident insurance across the Marsh network. As the largest P&L within Marsh's leading Sport, Entertainment and Media (SEM) industry group, the PACE team are market and client-facing placement experts for the unique risks produced by the global Marsh network. On the Contingency side, this mainly focusses on major sports, conference and live music opportunities focusing on event cancellation and non-appearance insurance.

As a Senior Entertainment Broker (Leader), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients in the live music space. You will work closely with colleagues, insurers, and clients to provide first-class broking services, focusing on contingency and specialist personal accident insurance for major events and artists.

The variety of opportunities across the network are vast and the ideal candidate will have significant client experience in the live music space, an eye for opportunity at seeking out prospects across the Marsh McLennan businesses as well as an enthusiasm to learn / develop their own broking capabilities in the specialist space as required.

We will rely on you to :

• Lead the implementation of a client strategy for new business and renewals working in close collaboration with broking colleagues.
• Understand the business needs, insurance requirements and risk management strategy of our clients and convey this to insurers to achieve best in class placement solutions.
• Follow up and generate new leads from across the Marsh network.
• Be the go-to client contact on specialist music insurance questions maintaining a level of service where responds take no longer than 24hrs.
• Undertake appropriate research and analysis to select markets and design an insurance program to meet the client's requirements
• Provide rmendations and advice on placement strategy, program structure and market conditions including occasional presentations to clients where appropriate.
• Utilise the online trading systems such as PPL Next Gen
• Attend client and insurer meetings in partnership with the client service team
• Contribute to rolling risk management strategy with clients and insurers
• Ensure operational procedures are followed and can be demonstrated at all times including using our client filing portal Fusion
• Build strong relationships with insurers and seek feedback on Marsh's service through ongoing dialogue.
