We are currently looking for a passionate Director of Banqueting Operations , to join our Banqueting Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Director of Banqueting Operations , your main duties and expectations for the role will include :

• Deliver outstanding guests experience
• Lead and inspire the banqueting team
• Ensure cross departmental collaboration
• Manage payroll cost and margins
• Flawless operational execution
• Attention to details

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
