The Motor Fast Track team at DWF is looking for an experienced and proactive Supervisor to join their Liverpool team.
The successful candidate will lead a team of paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring the effective handling and resolution of motor personal injury and damage claims. This position offers an excellent opportunity for leadership and career advancement within a leading legal firm.
The Motor Fast Track team advise and defend litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims for a number of insurer clients as well as brining counterclaims. Fast Track can be categorised as the civil track for personal injury claims with a value of £1,000 and up to £25,000, as well as property damage valuing over £10,000.
The claims that are received are usually for both general and special damages.
The role is office based, and in time with scope to work a hybrid pattern.
