En 2017, Haddad Brands Europe, est née quant à elle de la rencontre des dirigeants de Haddad Brands US et de quatre entrepreneurs français, spécialistes de vêtements sous licences, connaissant parfaitement le marché européen 👬.

Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.

Operational for 7 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees throughout Europe 🌍.

We distribute our products both through wholesale, working with major specialized and multi-brand retailers, and through retail, via our shop-in-shops within major department stores.

In practical terms, this means that if you buy children's apparel (sizes 0–7 years for Nike, and 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you are holding has necessarily passed through us 😊 — even if you purchase it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Key Account Executive

MISSIONS : Commercial Focus

  • Expand the reach of our brands (Levi’s, Abercrombie & Fitch, Huggies, Lacoste, Polo Ralph Lauren) / segment / products within Key and Field Accounts.
  • Implement and achieve tailored business plans aligned with distribution and commercial strategy and objectives
  • Provide to his / her management a relevant reporting including market data, competition survey & commercial policies benchmark
  • Manage & oversee external Sales Agents representing a selection of the brands across the UK and Ireland
  • Present product offerings in the showroom (London or Paris), conduct sales and commercial negotiations, visit stores, and carry out prospecting.

Strategic Focus

  • Manage and develop Lifestyle & Premium brands across the UK Market : Levi’s, Abercrombie & Fitch, Huggies, Lacoste & Polo Ralph Lauren.
  • Participate in the creation of seasonal assortments, collection meetings, and provide feedback to product merchandising
  • Act as the key liaison between your accounts and internal support functions (coordination with accounting, customer service, IT, etc.).
  • Technical Focus

  • Contribute to the creation and / or optimization of Sell-In tools.
  • Monitor orders and ensure correct integration into the system (Salesforce).
  • PROFILE SOUGHT

  • You have one or more successful experiences in the   Lifestyle & Premium environment .
  • You have worked successfully with Premium & Premium Affordable networks (e.g. Selfridges, Harrod’s, ChildrenSalon, John Lewis …. )
  • You are organized, proactive, and autonomous.
  • You are goal-oriented and motivated to meet your targets.
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are comfortable with IT tools and proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce .
  • A valid driver's license (B) is required.
