Job Title : Mobile Caretaker - Acton Location(s) : W3 Action area.Start Date : ASAP Duration : Minimum 2 months (with potential extension) Pay : PAYE : £13.34 per hour Umbrella / Ltd : £16.93 per hour Working Hours : Full-time We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team in the Acton areas to cover long-term sickness for a minimum of 6-12 weeks, with a possibility of extension. The hiring manager is looking for someone to start immediately. Key Responsibilities : Carrying out general caretaking duties such as cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor repairs Travelling between multiple sites as part of a relief team Ensuring communal areas are safe and well maintained Essential Requirements : Previous caretaking experience is required Must be hands-on and capable of working independently A full UK driving licence is essential A basic DBS check is required Must be willing to travel across various Peabody sites A Peabody van will be provided after the first 2 weeks (can be taken home overnight) Interview Info : Face-to-face interviews will be held W3 Area Important : When applying, please include your location on your CV.
