Role : Senior CDM / PD Advisor Location : Bromley office – (hybrid working environment 3 days in the office per week)Salary : £55,000 - £65,000 + Excellent benefits package Sector : Property & Construction practice Carriera is excited to partner with a property & construction consultancy who operate throughout London and the South East. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior CDM / H&S Advisor to provide a CDM advisor service to their clients within the built environment.The successful post holder will be tasked with Principal designer / CDM Advisory duties and have great client facing skills, to devlope and maintain current client relationships. Our client operates across various sectors but has long standing relationships in the residential, education, commercial, healthcare, retail, leisure, local government, and industrial space.

The organisation is interested in speaking with experienced and competent Senior CDM / H&S professionals to join the team covering projects on a regional basis (this role would be based from our clients offices 3 days per week in order to develop and mentor a team of safety professionals). The organisation is ideally looking for a well-rounded H&S professional who has experience of delivering a variety of health & safety services within the property & construction sector.
