What you'll do
As a Residential Concierge at Mayfair Park
Residences, you will be the trusted point of contact for our residents,
delivering a service that is as personalised as it is seamless. Your role is
vital in creating a welcoming and discreet environment where residents feel
fully supported and valued. In this role, you will :
understanding their preferences and tailoring services to meet their
individual needs.
Building Manager, ensuring all communication is handled with professionalism
and care.
offering assistance with everything from local reservations to in-home
support services.
including the distribution of mail and parcels, maintaining delivery logs,
and ensuring records are kept up to date.
tenants, working closely with the management team to showcase the
Residences.
services, logging maintenance issues, arranging parking, and coordinating
building access.
requests and resolve daily operational challenges with discretion and
initiative.
You’ll be a calm and trusted presence in
the lives of our residents, ensuring their needs are met with warmth,
discretion, and a five-star service ethic.
What you'll bring
