Service Manager

Job Description

Salary : 60000 per annum

Hours : 35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead a specialist brain injury rehabilitation and complex care service in the Ipswich area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving care quality experience with complex medical needs and confidence working with regulatory bodies to raise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational leadership and day-to-day management of the service
• Drive continuous quality improvement across both units
• Maintain full regulatory compliance including CQC registration and standards
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team promoting best practice and high performance
• Oversee recruitment staff development induction and training
• Manage budgets staffing levels and resource allocation effectively
