Communications and Participation Assistant - 430041

The Communications and Participation Assistant will support the delivery of Capital City Partnership's Whole Family Equality Project. The project aims to understand what makes sustainable, good quality employment for people from ethnic minorities in Edinburgh. It brings together organisations working with these individuals to support collaborative efforts. The project develops resources to help employers diversify their workforces and support employees from Minority Ethnic communities to thrive. At the core of the project is understanding the experiences of education, training, and employment by people from ethnic minorities and refugees. Insights are further enhanced through the lived experiences of the Skilled Voices Panel. The post holder will undertake daily administration of the project, organize events and workshops, coordinate the lived experience panel, and manage communications with stakeholders.
