We are currently hiring for a Retail Salesperson for our small London Sneaker Store.

Founded in 2018, Uniform Standard is an East London based premium sneaker brand celebrated for its minimally designed responsibly made products. With a focus on craftsmanship and a refined aesthetic, we've built a global reputation for quality. We are a team of passionate founders and as the brand continues to flourish, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us, contributing to the seamless operation of our phygital sneaker store.

As a brand, we truly believe in making personal connections with everyone that reaches out to us, enhancing their overall brand experience.

We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, down-to-earth and responsible individual who wants to work with a small but passionate and growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide an inviting shopping experience by delivering a personal and highly knowledgable service to all customers.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and enthusiasm to represent our brand through the delivery of excellent customer service in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Run a beautiful and efficient sneaker store keeping it looking immaculate, ensuring our high standards are maintained throughout.
Be confident and responsible to open, close and often work independently in the store.
Deliver a unique experience, carrying out a personalised fitting service to ensure customers find their perfect size products.
Develop detailed brand and product knowledge, to be able to give appropriate advise to any customer queries.
Keep track of inventory levels and communicate daily with the team about orders and showroom stock needs, maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
Assisting with administrative tasks when required, and embracing a hands-on flexible approach to other tasks when often needed with a small team.

You’re a warm, passionate person who likes engaging with all customers

You thrive in a multitasking environment, are highly organised and have excellent attention to detail

You try to understand a customer’s problem or indecision, building trust and delivering excellent service

You are confident to work alone, but are also a strong team player who works and engages with others to achieve results

You are a strategic thinker and like to offer new ideas / solutions to improve things

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a retail salesperson

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good grasp of numbers and the ability to report, with training given

Ability to learn and use new software and platforms quickly and efficiently

Multilingual is a benefit !

Key Aspects and Benefits :

Full-time, 5 days a week in Soho, London (flexible and part-time can also be discussed)
