• Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 3017 : 30 (some flexibility required)

Are you an experienced Transport Manager ready to take control of chilled and frozen logistics for a busy 3PL operation? Based in Birstall , this role is your opportunity to lead from the front managing people, processes, and performance across a fast-paced transport hub.

Were looking for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, a Transport Manager CPC, and a solid understanding of fleet compliance, logistics operations, and DVSA regulations.

What Youll Be Doing :

Team & Driver Leadership :

Lead, support and develop drivers and office staff on site

Conduct regular 1-2-1s, reviews, and performance conversations

Plan shift patterns, manage holidays and staffing levels

Resolve queries and support drivers with real-time operational issues

Customer Operations & Support :
