Housekeeping Attendant

Heckfield Place offers a unique experience across its surrounding grounds, with each bedroom characterized by natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship. There are six distinctive room types, located in the main house, off the corridors, and within the grounds.

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our friendly Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities include :

• Carrying out all post-guest room duties
• Attending to guest needs promptly or finding someone who can
• Reporting any damage, dirt, or missing items during and after guests’ stay
• Ensuring corridors, cupboards, and cleaning buckets are cleaned daily
• Signing off checklists at the end of your shift
• Working as part of a team to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in all rooms
• Servicing all rooms allocated to you
• Covering evening shifts and public area duties as needed
• Reporting maintenance issues in rooms, public areas, and grounds
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards throughout your work
• Assisting in the cleanliness of all housekeeping areas
• Performing additional daily tasks as assigned
• Representing the department in a friendly and helpful manner to guests and colleagues
