Engineering Technician – Drinks Industry

Shift Pattern : Rotational 3 on / 3 off, days and nights (07 : 00–19 : 00 / 19 : 00–07 : 00)

We are looking for an Engineering Technician to support the performance and efficiency of high-speed production lines within a modern drinks manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in delivering the engineering strategy and ensuring all work complies with safety and legislative standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime.
Analyse line efficiency, wastage, and downtime data to identify improvement opportunities.
Support safe working practices and maintain high factory hygiene standards.
Produce accurate reports including downtime logs and line records.
Interpret mechanical drawings and manuals to identify and order replacement parts.
Operate machinery when required to support production efficiency.

Skills & Experience :

Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, continuous improvement, and lean techniques.

Proactive, problem-solver with a hands-on, methodical approach.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience in a multi-skilled manufacturing or FMCG environment, ideally food or beverage
