National Business Development Manager – Technical Solutions Location : National (UK-wide travel) Sector : Condition Monitoring / Industrial Solutions About the Role Our client, a leader in advanced condition monitoring technologies, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in mechanical or electromechanical engineering who has successfully transitioned into technical sales or business development. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within industrial sectors
  • Deliver tailored technical solutions and consultative support to clients
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead client meetings and site visits, understanding engineering needs
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to close deals What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in technical B2B sales, ideally in engineering or industrial environments
  • Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background (qualification or hands-on experience essential)
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to present complex solutions clearly
  • Confident communicator with a relationship-building mindset
  • Comfortable with national travel and client-facing work Preferred Experience
  • Experience with condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or related industrial solutions is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite Package
  • Very Competitive salary
  • Uncapped commission structure + Bonus (minimum five figures annually)
