Salary : Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (35 hours per week)

Contract : Full-time, permanent (100% office-based)

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Financial Adviser to join a client-first advisory firm based in Castleford. With over £135m under management and a loyal client base built almost entirely through referrals, this role offers a high-quality working environment and the chance to provide truly bespoke advice.

You’ll work closely with a small, professional team focused on delivering top-tier service in pensions, investments, and protection — with no cold calling, sales targets, or pressure selling. Just the opportunity to do great work, for clients who value it.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver holistic financial planning to a diverse portfolio of clients
Provide regulated advice across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trusted, ethical advice
Work closely with support staff to ensure seamless client service
Use platforms such as Transact and Fidelity, and back-office systems like Intelligent Office

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (LIBF, CII, or CISI) – desirable

Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of numeracy and attention to detail

Strong ethical standards and a genuine client-first approach

Must be fully committed to an office-based position

Salary up to £45,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

30 days holiday per year

Annual performance-related bonus (typically 15–20%)

Eye care support including tests and up to £200 for glasses / contact lenses
