Design Manager

Our client are a leading manufacturer of consumer electronics products who have developed a leading-edge UK brand. They are now looking to recruit a full-time Design Manager, to lead on all company brand design projects and oversee a small creative team at their HQ in Banbury.

This is a cross-disciplinary role that blends product design with graphic design to ensure that products, packaging, and digital presence are cohesive, trend-forward, and commercially successful. You will oversee all aspects of design from concept to execution, including e-commerce assets, social media visuals, packaging, product roadmap design, and retailer presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Design – lead a small team of creatives across the design of consumer electrical / electronics products, defining the brand identity of the product portfolio.
• Graphic & Brand Design – Take ownership of the visual identity to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints / channels, including; e-commerce platforms, social media, email marketing, packaging and POS.
• Product Roadmap – Translate product pipelines into compelling visual roadmaps and design timelines. Providing design concepts for future product categories and seasonal launches.
• Team Leadership – Oversee a small team of designers, review all creative output and collaborate across all internal teams.
