Healthcare Assistant

This is a full or part-time position for a healthcare assistant within the critical care department. The position involves rotating between intensive care and high dependency units.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Carry out routine administrative and telephone-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively when giving and receiving verbal and written information.
• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with hygiene, dressing, mobility, and feeding.
• Communicate with patients and their families.
