This is a pivotal role focused on managing our HR data warehouse , where you'll take ownership of data pipelines, integrity, and governance. Working with large-scale datasets across a dynamic workforce of 60,000+ employees, you'll support insights into areas such as labour turnover, demographics, talent, and recruitment. You'll help build and optimise data pipelines to power analytics, reporting , and predictive models , contributing to meaningful business decisions.

A typical day in role includes :

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines across multiple sources
Ensure data quality and reliability , resolving gaps and inconsistencies
Collaborate with suppliers and our Brands analytics teams to deliver data initiatives
Govern SplashHR architecture : data accuracy, usability, access, and security
Support and implement change requests in response to evolving business needs

The role would be a good fit for you if :

5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and governance

Proven track record working with large-scale datasets and complex data environments

Strong grasp of data modelling, architecture, and dimensional design

Hands-on experience with data quality frameworks , validation, and monitoring

Ability to collaborate across tech and business teams, aligning data to operational needs

What you will need :

Programming skills : SQL , with Python or R as a bonus

Knowledge of ETL design , dimensional modelling , and data architecture

Experience with data integration from multiple sources (e.g., Oracle )

Problem-solving mindset and a pragmatic approach to data challenges

Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices
