Salary : Grade 5, £26,338 - £30,805 per annum depending on experience

Hours : Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

The Royal Agricultural University RAU has been at the forefront of agricultural education for 180 years and is globally renowned for its links with industry and courses that are designed to meet the demands of the changing land-based sector.

We are looking for an experienced technician to join the Universitys Maintenance Technician team, part of the wider Estates and IT directorate. The Maintenance team ensure the upkeep, repairs and general maintenance of the Universitys buildings fabric, with particular emphasis on the electrical or mechanical services and equipment, is carried out safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent), and experience in a similar maintenance / service environment, or electrical or mechanical or similar installation background.
