Antibody Engineering Lead – Therapeutic Discovery

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and engineering of therapeutic antibodies, including VHHs, bispecifics, and fusion proteins
• Apply advanced molecular biology techniques (e.g. vector design, cloning, mutagenesis) to antibody construct development
• Oversee optimisation of antibody properties for veterinary applications, including immunogenicity and developability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with expression, assay, and CMC teams to drive candidate progression
• Supervise and mentor lab scientists, ensuring scientific excellence and career development
• Contribute to project strategy, scientific roadmaps, and communication with leadership and partners
