Programme Test Manager

Description

We’re hiring a Programme Test Manager to lead testing efforts within a complex digital transformation programme. You’ll play a key role in ensuring end-to-end quality assurance across systems, services, and integrations – working closely with delivery teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine test strategy and planning

Coordinate with stakeholders and third parties

Manage test execution, reporting, and traceability

Oversee environment readiness and resource planning

Drive continuous improvement across test practices

Essential Experience

3+ years as a Test Manager in digital programmes

Agile delivery & full project lifecycle expertise

Strong test governance, planning, and team leadership

Skilled in test tooling and defect management

Nice to Have

AWS environment experience

Tools : JIRA, Confluence, QTest

Familiar with release and change management processes
