Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a leading organisation in the industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our client's valued customers.

Responsibilities :

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Managing customer communication through various channels, including emails and eBay messages, using a platform called e-desk.
• Handling approximately 60 messages per day, ensuring efficient and accurate responses.
• Responding to offers and managing returns, including accepting or declining offers.
• Handling heavy boxes as part of the customer service process.
