    Responsibilities : Here's what your journey with us entails :

  • Set up and break down
  • event spaces  for conferences and

    banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.

  • Coordinate with the
  • kitchen  to manage food and

    beverage orders for events.

  • Be the key point of contact for any clients on property.
  • Interact with guests  to provide exceptional service, taking orders
  • and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

  • Serve food and
  • beverages  during events,

    ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness
  • and organisation  in all service

    areas.

  • Monitor guest feedback  and implement improvements to enhance the
  • overall guest experience.

  • Follow safety and
  • hygiene protocols  to ensure a

    safe working environment.

  • Assist with inventory
  • management  and restocking

    supplies as needed.

  • Support team members  and collaborate to achieve common goals.
  • Safety and

    Company Policies :

  • Follow all company and
  • safety and security policies and procedures.

  • Report maintenance needs,
  • accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.

  • Complete safety training
  • and certifications.

  • Ensure uniform and
  • personal appearance are clean and professional.

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • of proprietary information.

  • Communicate with others
  • using clear and professional language.

  • Develop and maintain
  • positive working relationships with others.

  • Support the team to reach
