Role Overview

The Experis Academy offers an exciting opportunity for delivery-oriented individuals to be trained and upskilled as Project Planners for an international aerospace, defence, and security company. This role involves training and development while representing Experis on a leading engineering account, aiming to develop talent into permanent industry professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance or eligibility to undergo SC Clearance
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to develop skills in project planning
  • Outstanding customer-facing and team working skills
  • Experience in a delivery environment within engineering, project, or construction management is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain project structures
  • Develop and maintain the project integrated schedule
  • Ensure alignment between scheduling and financial / material demand tools
  • Provide regular status updates and analysis of project schedules
  • Support resource and cost-loaded schedules for financial and project status reporting
