We're on the lookout a German speaking Marketing Program Manager to lead the rollout of a flagship learning coach programme across Germany, Italy and France. This is a 12-month contract role with a global tech brand known for its beautifully designed products and deep commitment to transforming education through innovation.

Your responsibilities will include :

Managing the rollout of the Learning Coach programme in Germany, Italy and France, coordinating the relevant teams.
Managing the enrolment, experience and support for Learning Coach candidates, coordinating across a number of tools and systems.
Coordinating a team of expert facilitators to deliver engaging, synchronous learning experiences.
Ensuring the programme meets its learning objectives through a blend of live and self-paced content.
Keeping a close eye on quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will have :

Fluent in German to business level (Italian and / or French a big plus).

Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Strong project management and a creative mindset.

Confidence in communicating and aligning diverse teams to keep messaging consistent.

Excellent writing and editing skills, especially when it comes to customer-facing content.

Excellent data skills - with tracking, analysis and reporting.
