Job Description :

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma helps entire product teams design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come with us!

As a Revenue Analyst, you will be a critical part of the company’s month-end close processes, reporting, and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter, able to work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Manager of Revenue Accounting Operations.

This is a full-time role based in our London or Dublin hub with a hybrid working environment.

What you'll do at Figma :

  • Engage with cross-functional departments to provide expertise on ASC606 or IFRS 15 guidance for complex revenue contracts and transactions.
  • Maintain internal controls for revenue recognition and the quote-to-cash function.
  • Continuously improve business processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Assist in annual audits and quarterly reviews, including walkthroughs and the preparation of PBCs.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce the accounting close cycle duration.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and requests.

We’d love to hear if you have :

  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting and corporate revenue accounting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS technology company.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of applying ASC 606 to review and interpret contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced ERP experience (Netsuite, Workday, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • ACA candidate preferred.
  • Experience with SOX compliance in public companies.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management in multi-currencies.
  • At Figma, we celebrate diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected characteristics. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in accordance with legal requirements.

We provide reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. If you need assistance, please contact us. Examples include accessible interview locations, closed captioning, screen reader-compatible communication, and alternative interview formats.

By applying, you agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
