We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Administrator Apprentice within our Reward, Payroll and Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.
About the Role :
As a Reward and Benefit Administrator Apprentice, you will support the HR team in delivering a competitive and engaging reward strategy. You’ll assist in the administration of employee benefits, salary reviews, recognition programs, and payroll.

Applicants are required to have, or predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A
What qualification are you working toward? Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly
