About the role

  • Lead or contribute to workshops with clients to gather and document business requirements
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with client processes across finance, operations, and supply chain
  • Create functional documentation including solution designs, process flows, and user guides
  • Work collaboratively with technical consultants and developers to deliver tailored solutions
  • Support data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
  • Deliver user training and post-go-live support to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Advise clients on best practices, process improvement, and future scalability within Business Central
  • Participate in pre-sales activities where needed, providing solution insight and estimates
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help evolve our delivery frameworks and standards

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Strong understanding of core business processes, particularly within finance, operations, or supply chain
  • Experience leading or facilitating client workshops and gathering detailed requirements
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into system configurations and functional solutions
  • Hands-on experience in BC configuration, setup, and deployment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – confident working with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data migration, testing, and training delivery
  • Familiarity with integrations between BC and other systems (e.g. CRM, payroll, e-commerce) is beneficial
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are desirable but not essential
