Sales isnt just about sellingits about solving problems and building lasting relationships. As a Telesales Executive at Dawsongroup, youll be at the forefront of our Van Ninja Leasing business, helping customers find the right vehicle solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through our product range (this role will involve minimal cold calling)
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive business growth
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximise opportunities
- Keep our internal systems up to date with accurate customer details
